Beats on Thursday announced the latest member of its headphone family, Powerbeats 2 Wireless earphones.
This announcement comes two weeks after Apple confirmed that it is buying the company for $3 billion and follows the Solo 2 headphones as the latest member of the Beats headphone family.
Like the Solo 2 headphones and the Beats Studio and Studio Wireless headphones before that, Powerbeats 2 Wirless are part of Beats's refresh of its entire product line.

YouTube announces nominees for the first-ever Youtube Music Awards
YouTube has announced the nominees for its first-ever music awards show, presenting voters with a mix of artists – around 30 in all – from across the fame spectrum.
The event takes place at Manhattan’s Pier 36 on November 3, with YouTube hoping to boost traffic to its site in the intervening days by encouraging fans to visit the show’s microsite to vote for their top acts across six categories.
The event will be hosted by funnymen Jason Schwartzman and Reggie Watts and streamed lived to a worldwide audience is bound to ignite a few trending topics. With YouTube promising a real award show celebrating music, we’re sure there will be plenty of OMG moments.

Paramount announces plans for 'Terminator' trilogy
The "Terminator" is coming back.
Paramount announced Thursday that it is rebooting the "Terminator" franchise and planning for a new trilogy of films, but it's keeping mum on whether Arnold Schwarzenegger would play a role.
Schwarzenegger starred as the title character in the original 1984 movie. It spawned a trilogy that earned more than $1 billion at the box office worldwide.

Forbes' announces the 5 wealthiest rappers in the game based on their net worth.
Forbes Magazine has rolled out its annual "hip-hop's wealthiest artists list" based on their net worth. Naturally, everyone on the list has ventured beyond the world of hip hop to amass their wealth, but all are still involved with the rap game in some way. Unsurprisingly Diddy has topped the list once again, mainly to do with his Ciroc Vodka empire.

PlayStation 4 Unveiled: Sony Announces New Game Console, Social Features.
The Japanese electronics giant talked about its upcoming game console for the first time and said it will go on sale this December. Sony didn't reveal the device itself. Presenters played games that were projected on screens in a converted opera house, but the PlayStations themselves were hidden backstage throughout Wednesday evening's two-hour event

Sony took us further into the weeds than expected, though just barely, laying out the PS4’s specs in slight detail, revealing that it’s powered by an x86 CPU, a “highly advanced” graphics processor that uses GDDR5 memory, a respectable 8GB of memory and of course a hard drive (size unspecified).
