Kim Kardashian gave birth to a baby girl on Saturday morning at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

Reaction online hasn’t been as explosive as when West made the announcement of Kardashian’s pregnancy back in December, but plenty of stars took notice. Comments on Twitter have ranged from the sincere to the snide.

West was in the delivery room for the birth, having canceled a record release party on Friday night after Kardashian said she was feeling "a little off."
