Star singer Omawumi has released yet another classic. The song titled ‘Megbele’ comes with a great video that is performed in honour of Chief Dr. Frank Amirejotitse Megbele. The great pictures and mature sound of this video makes very interesting viewing. 

With cameo appearances by Omawumi’s mum Queen Megbele, Gordons, Bovi and Daddy Showkey, as she shows us the beauty of Warri.

Omawumi is a genius and a top act in her own class. Over time, she has proved that she can’t be boxed into a corner. From R & B to highlife, pop to soft rock, Omawumi has displayed a matchless level of creativity with her talent.

Few weeks after the release of her last video, ‘Warn Yourself’, the sultry singer is yet again out with the video of another monster hit from her repertoire, Somori featuring Remy Kayz and produced by Philkeyz.

The video was directed by Aje who played with lots of effects to create a very entertaining and intriguing video.

‘Somori’, a Yoruba slang, is someone that is highly respected in the society and can’t be ignored. The song is a fast paced jam that is already one of the favourites of all fun lovers.

Omawumi covers the October November Edition of Bubbles

In line with delivering top notch entertainment and urban lifestyle content, Bubbles Magazine announces the release of their October edition, covered by none other than the wonderful wonder woman, Omawumi. The gorgeous diva is in a class of her own, her talent the only thing superior to her famed looks. Her second album came out earlier in the year and only took her career right beyond what was assumed to be the pinnacle. Omawumi took time out ot her busy schedule to share with thoughts, hopes and aspirations for the future, while we snuck in a quick photoshoot. She was styled by Maryanne Alabi and photography was done by Moussa Moussa.

The new video, ‘Warn Yourself’, shot in Brooklyn and Lagos will also premiere on Thursday September 12, 2013. In this video, Omawumi attempted a bit of choreography which was choreographed by America's Got Talent Choreographer, Victor Sho and Nigerian award winning dancer/choreographer, Kaffy. While Victor co-ordinated the Brooklyn shooting where he played the lead role, Kaffy co-ordinated that of Nigeria. The high budget video was directed by Mega.

Nigerian Idol 3 finale: Femi Kuti, D'Banj, Omawumi, all hail Moses

Moses Obi-Adigwe has become the first male contestant to emerge winner of the third season of Nigeria's most-viewed TV reality show, the Nigerian Idol! The 22-year-old could not contain his joy as he stuttered over and over again, "This is a new beginning in my career and life... you don't understand!"

Like in previous seasons, Etisalat Nigeria delivered, as promised, a brand new SUV and a 7.5-million-naira cheque to the new Idol, who will also get a recording contract worth another N7.5 million. First Runner-up, Debbie Rise drove home in a brand new Kia Picanto and cash prize of N1.5 million, also courtesy Etisalat Nigeria.
