It's "Sleeping Season" as Robert Mugabe and others were caught Sleeping During AU Summit

These African leaders were caught snoozing during the 50th Anniversary of the African Union Summit which kicked off in the Ethiopian capital of Addis Ababa on May 26.
Leading the pack of snoozers is the President of Zimbabwe, Robert Mugabe in blue and silver tie.

Was the summit that boring?

PHOTO+VIDEO: Shots Fired During Cannes Film Festival Interview

Full program of live Grand Journal in Cannes during the Cannes Film festival was however interrupted when  shots were fired in public. The program was terminated immediately. Courage Michel Denisot(The Host) who fled immediately under the table.


Christopher Waltz was on the set of Le Grand Journal when the shots were fired, and security whisked him off stage. The rest of the audience rushed the set in panic.

You can't really hear the shots in the video ... but witnesses are saying they came from a man with a gun. There are reports the shots fired were blanks.

The man has since been apprehended by police. No one was injured.

Toilet drama: Flushing Causes Flooding during Oscar Awards

Someone reportedly unloaded in one of the bathrooms at the Oscars and flooded the lobby.

We're told a water pipe burst inside the Dolby Theater in Hollywood, just before the opening curtain was pulled.  The custodial staff handled the situation with vacuums.
No one on stage has mentioned it ... but it's apparently quite a thing.

Tiger kills trainer during circus performance in Mexico

A tiger killed its trainer during a circus performance in northern Mexico on Saturday and the Police in the northern state of Sonora identified the trainer as 35-year-old Alexander Crispin Suarez, and said he was a US citizen.
