Joke Silva appointed M.D of Kwara film village.

Joke Silva added yet another feather to her  cap as she was recently appointed as the Managing Director of Nollywood Movie Studio otherwise known as Malete Film Village, which is owned by Kwara State University.

The actress while accepting the new appointment, said,“I would be building a movie studio from scratch and making it viable. More importantly, it is supposed to be an underpinning for Nollywood where the skills that are necessary to sustain Nollywood will be taught. It is to train those who have decided to take a profession in the film industry and the various skills that are involved in the industry’.

The Malete Film Village is an independent venture established by the Kwara State University to produce films and also train industry professionals.
