This year’s awards nominations list has been revealed and topping the list is “Django Unchained” and raunchy comedy “Ted” landed seven MTV Movie Awards nominations, leading a slew of comedies and superhero blockbusters among the nominees at the annual film awards voted for by youth audiences. "Silver Linings Playbook" earned six nominations and "The Dark Knight Rises" collected five. Other top nominees include "The Avengers," ''Skyfall," ''Pitch Perfect" and "The Perks of Being a Wallflower."
Double nominee Rebel Wilson will host the show set to air live on April 14 from the Sony Pictures lot in Culver City, Calif. She'll be joined by Will Ferrell, who will receive MTV's inaugural Comic Genius Award.
