Mr. Chikamnayo, who announced the dissolution to newsmen in Umuahia on Wednesday, advised the outgoing commissioners to hand over to the permanent secretaries in their ministries.
He said the governor was grateful to team for their selfless service to the state and success in their future endeavors.
