Nigeria’s Blessing Okagbare upset the odds and smashed the former African record of 10.86secs winning the 100m in the women’s sprints,in a new African record of 10.79sec.
Okagbare recorded the feat yesterday at the London Olympic Stadium during the Diamond League meeting.
