Ritualists Disguise As Beggars At Abuja Carnival, Steal Vital Body Organs Of Victims

Are you a good samaritan who makes it a habit to give out alms to beggars whenever you sight them? You might want to apply wisdom and caution especially, as some of these ‘beggars’ are agents of evil who do not care about your good deeds.
According to a programme monitored by our correspondent on Silverbird’s Rythm 94.7FM Abuja, ritualists took advantage of the just concluded Cultural/Tourism Fiesta in Abuja Tagged, ‘Abuja Carnival 2012 – Carnival of Peace and Harmony’, to perpetrate their evil plans.
These ungodly people disguised as beggars seeking alms from unsuspecting carnival attendees, to unexplainably steal their sight and vital body organs.
One of such incidences occured last Saturday, when a woman supposedly gave alms to a beggar who approached her in the front passenger’s seat of her husband’s car, only for her to discover that she couldn’t see with her eyes anymore.
She immediately raised alarm which attracted sympathizers including policemen and together with her husband, they apprehended the said beggar. After much prodding, the beggar reportedly revealed that he was part of a larger cartel of beggarswho were at the carnival with instructions to carry out ritual acts.
When asked what could be done to reinstate the woman’s sight, the beggar reportedly gave the woman back her moneyand asked her to rub same on her eyes and voila! Her sight was instantly restored.

Rihanna and Chris Brown off to Barbados for NYE

Rihanna is reportedly planning to spend New Year with Chris Brown in her native Barbados.

According to The Sun, the Diamonds singer has secured a luxury five-star villa on the island's exclusive Gold Coast for a "bonding holiday" with Breezy.

It is thought that RiRi is also planning to fly Brown's mother Joyce Hawkins out to Barbados to join them, so their families can spend some time together.

The Bajan babe has faced some criticism for allegedly rekindling her romance with Chris after his 2009 assault on her, with the star even collaborating with him on a track for her new LP, Unapologetic.

A source told the newspaper: "The more the public criticise Rihanna for getting back with Chris, the more determined she is to do whatever she wants.

“While no one else can understand it, she’s convinced that Chris is the love of her life and her soulmate and that they’re simply meant to be together.

“She’s booked him and his mum into a five-star villa in Barbados over New Year so they can all get some downtime with her family."

They added: "But they’re unrepentant and they want to show the whole world that they’ve moved on from what happened in 2009.”

Joshua Akindele - "I sold human parts to churches and ritual killers"

Joshua caught with some human skeletons
November 21st will ever remain indelible  in the heart of Oloko villagers as members of the palace guard to the community leader of Ajara Topa community in collaboration with a vigilante group operating in the area arrested a man who allegedly eats and sells human parts to ritualists, operating from a hole he dug under the Gbaji bridge along the Badagry-Seme border.

Joshua Akindele,56, hails from Etokia Local Government in Ogun State was earlier spotted by one Anthony Amos who watched him crawl into a hole under the Gbaji bridge. Joshua confessed that he had been into cannibalism and ritual killing for the past 15 years, after being introduced to the business by a friend who convinced him to stop driving popular motor cycle known as “Okada” which he claimed  profited him a little, but could not sustain him. He further said that he had been earlier sent to prison for 5 years after raping a 17-year old girl.
Speaking with Crime Guard, Akindele confessed to be the brain behind the incessant killing within the village using  ply woods to hit his human prey, and dragging them into the holes before splitting their parts for food and business… with ritual buyers.

In his statement “I have been in this business for the past 15 years after my friend advised me to stop riding okada and to join him in ritual killing and cannibalism”

When asked how he carried out his activities, he confessed “Whenever I see somebody walking alone without being conscious of who is watching, I walk slowing up to them and use a big ply wood to hit them on their heads after which they fall unconscious, I then drag them into the hole and use a knife to cut them into parts which I sell to some churches and some ready buyers who indulge in ritual killing for easy money, and some times when I feel hungry  late in the night, I eat some parts for food.

He confessed further that he sells the parts as follows: Heads 7,500, breast 1,500, penis 1000, hands and legs for 3,500.

Amos who is a member of a vigilante group in the area alerted other members  of the group and palace guards of the Baale of Ajara Topa community to the movements of  Joshua.

He told Crime Guard that at about 1 a.m on 21st of November, he was on his normal routine watch when he noticed him (Joshua) crawling into the hole with a rice bag, he quickly alerted other members who confronted him with a gun and ordered him to drop and open what he was carrying. When he did, they discovered rotten human parts;  skulls, legs, hands, breasts e.t.c.

Crime Guard visited the palace of the Baale of Ajara Topa community,  Chief Samuel Amosu Owolabi, who after  confirming the incident told Crime Guard that he was sleeping in his palace when an emergency call woke him with the caller informing him that a man had been arrested by members of his palace guards in collaboration with members of the vigilante group with human parts.

Chief Samuel said he quickly called Chief Patifo , Baale of Iyafin whom his community shared the bridge with to accompany him to the scene.  When he got there, he noticed a mob had begun beating the suspect and only stopped after he begged them to let him live so that proper investigations will be carried out by the police.

Crime Guard confirmed the suspect was in the custody of the Badagry police division from a police source who pleaded anonymity.

Ecosystem live below Belly Button

Ecosystem Under Belly-Button, Say Researchers
It would not be wrong to term the study as one of the most unique study that has ever been taken out in the field of research. A number of researches have been done on different parts of body, but a study on belly button is surely a new one to know about.
The study, which was termed as the Belly Button Biodiversity project, was carried out by a group of researchers from the North Carolina State University as well as by the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences.
After carrying out the study, the study researchers revealed that entire ecosystem lives under each and every person's belly button. As many as 2 368 species of bacteria have been found by study researchers and out of them, 1 458 are new for the research fraternity.
"The common, abundant species are from a relatively small number of evolutionary lines, indicating that they have evolved traits that make them at home on human skin", said Dr Rob Dunn from North Carolina State University.
Initially, it was considered that presence of bacteria was dependent on age, sex and ethnicity among other factors. But, later no such link was found in the study.
