It’s only January 4, but Men’s Health has already declared Katy Perry to be the hottest woman of 2013. Citing her, um, ample bosom and her superstar music career, the mag writes, “Nobody, including us, could get enough of Perry this year. And for that reason, she is our sexiest woman of 2013.”
