VIDEO: Nigerian Police Officer Caught Collecting Bribe From American National in Lagos

Unidentified police officer stationed last week at the Monument bank in Egbeda Lagos was caught LIVE on camera negotiating bribe with an American national he stopped for wearing a navy-like cargo pant.
