A GM reading was driving in his car around 12noon yesterday when he heard a thunderous sound and after he stopped to observe, he found out that a building located at Abeke road by New road had partially collapsed with workers in it. He sent a few pictures in and attributed that the crash could be as a result of inexperienced contractors handling the project with cheap labour.
